Members meet twice a year, in spring and autumn. Interested guests are always welcome. We additionally plan and go on a society journey once a year which is open for members only. Presentations, camera fairs, and technology seminars complete our club activities.

Leica Historica is seen as an official brand-oriented association which was first evinced in 1995, for our 20-year-anniversary, by an exclusive limited-edition model of an engraved Leica M6 with blue leather trim and a silver-chrome finish Summicron-M 1:2/50. Later according versions of a silver TRI-Elmar-M 1:4/28-35-50 mm ASPH., a Leicavit-M and eventually (in 2015) the Leica M Monochrom (Typ 246) and an APO-Summicron-M 1:2/90 mm ASPH followed. Leica Historica e.V. has regularly participated at the “Leica Akademie Erlebnistage”.

Are you interested in Leica HISTORICA? Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly or one of our representatives. We look forward to hearing from you.

As an association, we are increasingly receiving inquiries regarding the assessment of Leica cameras. We are not in a position to answer them, and it is also challenging to assess without seeing the item in question. In addition, we are committed to fairness and do not want to give any reference addresses that could disadvantage anyone. If you come to our meetings or become a member of our association, you will have every opportunity to find expert and knowledgeable dialogue partners!
